When a long-lasting tunnel is being built, every tenth of a millimetre counts in the production of the segments for the tunnel lining. Therefore, when manufacturing segment moulds, there is no compromise in terms of precision, tolerance and resilience. In order to keep a constant eye on the dimensional accuracy of segments and moulds during a project, high-precision measuring systems are required that supply reliable data to connected systems.

Our Laser Tracker Industrial Measurement System LIS checks the 3D geometry of the moulds, segments and trial rings directly on site to determine their basic geometry and installation parts. The measurement technology is fast and highly precise, yet extremely easy to handle. Measurements, calculations and an analysis of the results can be carried out within about 20 to 40 minutes. Evaluations can be adapted for specific customers and the results provided in any format required.
